Agency Has New Name
Because of our growth over the past several years including the acquisition of several other agencies, we have decided to have a name change that will encompass all of our acquisitions as one company. Our new name is Christie and Associates.

We Welcome Avery Insurance and Their Clients
In January 2008 Ann Hanrahan, owner of Avery Insurance became our newest associate. Christie and Associates purchased Avery Insurance and look forward to working with Ann and her clients. Avery Insurance is the acquired agency trading under the name Christie and Associates.
2004
Mark Christie Named IABA Board Chairman
We are proud to announce that Mark Christie has been elected as Chairman of the Board of the Independent Agents & brokers Association of Pennsylvania for the 2004-2005 year. The IABA of PA is a newly formed association as a result of the 2002 merger of the Professional Insurance Agents Association and the independent Insurance Agents Association. The IABA of PA, MD and Delaware serves the needs of over 2,150 agency memebers.
